The colla Dog Pro is a GPS dog tracker designed to help you monitor your dog's location in real time. It uses GPS, 4G data, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi technology to provide accurate tracking. The device reports its location every 90–180 seconds while moving and enters standby mode when stationary to conserve power.
The Dog Pro also monitors your dog's movement and health behaviours. Giving insights and alerts based on their activity levels.
How do I work?
How do I turn it on and off?
- Turn On - Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. You should hear 2 beeps when it turns on.
- Turn Off - Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. You should hear 1 beepwhen it turns off.
How do I charge it correctly?
- Connect the supplied charging cable to the tracker.
- Ensure the cable is connected in the correct orientation; the device will only charge when connected correctly.
- During charging, the indicator light will flash red.
- When charging is complete, the light will remain solid red.
- A full charge takes approximately 1 hour.
What do the different coloured indicator lights mean?
- Flashing Blue: Device is searching for a mobile data network
- Flashing Green: Device is searching for a GPS signal.
- Flashing Red: Battery is charging.
- Solid Red: Battery is fully charged.
Troubleshooting
Why does my tracker say "Offline"?
Check that the device has mobile data coverage. Tracking may be affected in areas with poor 4G signal.
Why is my tracker's position not updating?
Please make sure the device has been fully charged by following the instructions above, it has been turned on (you will hear 2 beeps), and then please move the tracker to an open area where it can receive a stronger GPS signal.
You will experience the best accuracy and quickest updates outside, in wide-open areas, to give the tracker the best visibility of GPS satellites.
Tip: For the best GPS performance, mount the DOG Pro on the top of your dog's collar with the tracker facing the sky.
Why is my tracker not charging?
Ensure you are using the supplied charging cable and that it is connected in the correct orientation. Please try a different charging block/adapter if you still encounter issues.
