How can I end my colla subscription?

We'll be sorry to see you go. If there is an issue with your colla pet tracker, please let us know. We will always do our best to fix or replace any trackers if needed.


To cancel your tracker, you can do so on our website:


1. Go to app.collatracking.com, and log in if you haven't already.


2. Press the Upgrade Plan button next to the tracker you want to cancel to open the manage window. (If your last payment is overdue, you will need to pay this before you cancel, or please let us know if you feel you have had an issue.)


3. Press the Cancel button at the top of the pop-up.
