How do I upgrade my tracker's subscription plan once it is activated?

1. Just go to the Manage Collas page on our website

2. Click the Upgrade Plan button on the pet whose subscription plan you would like to modify.

3. Upgrade your billing cycle or plan tier

4. Click Save changes


If you are mid-way through your billing cycle, you'll be billed pro-rata for the remaining time on your billing cycle, so no surprise upgrade fees; you'll just pay the difference for the remaining time on your billing cycle.
