How do I renew my pet tracker's subscription?

No action is needed if your pet tracker already has an active subscription plan. Whether your pet tracker is on a monthly or yearly plan, your plan is rolling and will be automatically renewed. 


If your pet tracker's plan is cancelled, whether by you or if your payments decline for 7 days in a row, and you would like to restart the plan, just go to the “Manage collas” web page at app.collatracking.com/manage and click the “Re-activate” button next to your pet's name!
