My tracker won't charge?

Can you confirm you've followed the bottom five steps?

1. You're using the original cable.

2. You're allowing the tracker to charge for at least 2-4 hours.

3. You're using a standalone wall adapter.

4. You're charging the unit until the red charging light goes solid green.

5. After charging to green, please confirm that you've switched the tracker on. 

6. If you're watching the battery indicator on the app, ensure that you are in an area with a 4G or 2G signal, as the tracker needs to connect to the internet to update this information on the app.
